Dear Nacosti, I am following up an email on my refund. I made payments for the a master research while it was for a chrp certification. I made a payment of KES 1,000. I have made several calls but no responds yet. Kindly assist.
ReplyDeleteDear Nacosti, there seems to be an issue with your servers, paid payments are not reflecting as paid and we are struggling to submit. Please assist urgently as this has a huge impact on graduation timelines and also for sponsored students our timelines are restricted. Will really appreciate your help. Thank you.
